Can I return frozen products?
Frozen Policy
For food safety reasons, we maintain a strict no-return policy on all frozen goods. Once they are delivered to your address, we cannot accept them back to ensure the cold chain is never compromised.
How do returns work for dry products?
Dry Goods
Dry items can be returned within 24 hours of receiving your order. They must be unopened and in their original packaging. Please call us to arrange the return.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to residential and work addresses. If delivering to a workplace, please ensure there is a cool place or freezer available for your items upon arrival.
Is my personal data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your info. We only keep your data for as long as necessary (90 days to 2 years after account closure) to fulfill orders and legal obligations.
