At Divine Food Produce, we strive to deliver the highest quality goods. Due to the perishable nature of our inventory, we maintain strict rules regarding returns and refunds to ensure food safety for all our customers.
1. Frozen Products (Strict No-Return Policy)
All sales of frozen products are final.
* To maintain the cold chain and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on frozen items once they have been delivered.
* Please inspect your frozen goods immediately upon arrival.
2. Dry Products
Returns on dry (non-perishable) products are permitted under the following conditions:
* Time Limit: The return must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
* Condition: The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
* Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. How to File a Complaint
If you have an issue with your order, including damaged items or missing products, you must contact our dedicated complaint line immediately:

4. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected (for dry goods) or a complaint is verified (for damaged goods), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
* Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Divine Food Produce is not responsible for the spoilage of frozen or perishable items if the delivery is not retrieved promptly upon arrival at the provided address (especially for deliveries to work addresses).
